In an English country garden

Fletcher Moss Park in Didsbury is a great place to go with a baby: a little spot of countryside in the suburbs, with paths that are kind to prams, plenty of shade to keep baby out of the sun, and a cafe with the ubiquitous IKEA Antilop highchairs. OK, travel brochure bit aside, this was recommended to me a while ago by a friend, when Fig was tiny and going out with him was still quite daunting. It’s taken longer than it should for us to discover it, but discover it we did this weekend, and just look at the riot of colour in the Parsonage Gardens…

Fig, needless to say, found the whole day out hilarious. It’s ace being seven months old.
